How do I set up a showing for an apartment?
There are three ways to set up a showing listed below. Please be sure to include the property you’re interested in and when you would like to move. Thank You!

- Contact us through any of the unit vacancies listed on our website or advertisements “Contact Us” button.
How do I apply for an apartment?
From our Vacancies tab on our website, or any advertised location, please click on the “Apply Now” button and the tutorial will guide you through the process.
Alternatively, you can print and scan a copy of our application from our Forms dropdown on our homepage.

How do I pay rent and security deposit?
You can make payment through our Tenant Portal online. Click the link, create a login and follow the tutorial.
Alternatively payment may be made to our office; Roush Rentals 707 La Crosse St. Ofc 102, La Crosse, WI 54601
Payment can be made, Online, Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Sorry, no cash payments.
What do I do if I lose my keys or I'm locked out of my apartment/building?
If you lose your keys during normal business hours (9A-5P, M-F), you can contact the office (608-782-0912) and come in to check out a 24 hour “temporary key”.
If you lose your keys after hours or on weekends, please contact American Lock and Key at 608-782-7777. You will need to pay them for getting into your apartment at the time of the service call.
After 24 hours of lost keys, if they are not found, we will need to re-key your apartment and issue new keys. The re-keying will be at the tenant expense, therefore every effort should be made to find your keys.
Who do I call for maintenance or repairs?
Please do not attempt to make any repairs to your apartment.
If the repair is an emergency, please contact our office ASAP at 608-782-0912.

Can I apply my deposit to my last months rent? No.
