Who owns and manages Roush Rentals?
Roush Rentals are locally owned and managed by Nick and BJ Roush.
What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We do take appointments for showings on nights and weekends.
How do I set up a showing for an apartment?
You can call us at 608-782-0912 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a showing. Be sure and include the property you’re interested in and the best way for us to contact you.
How do I apply for an apartment?
Please email or call us to let us know you are applying. Print and complete the Rental Application. Submit it along with the security deposit for the apartment (amount varies) to the following address: Nick Roush PO Box 1715 La Crosse, WI 54602. We will let you know if your application has been approved within 2 business days. If for any reason your application is not approved, your security deposit check will be returned to you.

What do I do if I lose my keys?
If you lose your keys, there is a possibility that your apartment will need to be re-keyed. If this is the case, you will be responsible for this expense. Please Contact Us immediately if you have lost your keys and we will take the necessary actions.
What do I do if I lock myself out of my apartment?

Who do I call for maintenance or repairs?
Please do not attempt to make any repairs to your apartment. If you have a maintenance or repair request, please contact us by phone at 608-782-0912.
Can I apply my deposit to my last months rent?
